Found: inadequate fire-point and muster-point signage, COSHH storage and control issues, and shortcomings in the fire detection arrangements in the shepherd’s hut.
Recommended: improved fire signage, COSHH controls, suitable detection and alarm provision, and improvements to the management arrangements.
