The villages between Haverfordwest and the waterway are our closest patch after Neyland itself. Commuter housing, village pubs and halls, small commercial units, and a scattering of holiday accommodation along the Cleddau.
Covering Johnston, Rosemarket, Burton, Llangwm, Hook, Freystrop, Houghton and Steynton. We are around 8 minutes away and there is no travel charge anywhere in Pembrokeshire.
Two patterns dominate. Village pubs and halls are almost all older buildings with limited separation, often with letting rooms or a flat above, and committees or tenants who assume somebody else holds the paperwork. Being ten minutes away means we can usually fit these in quickly and come back if something needs a second look.

Yes. The Fire Safety Order attaches to whoever controls the premises, not to whether anyone is paid. A hall committee is the responsible person for its hall, and since October 2023 the assessment has to be recorded in full.
You keep responsibility for the building, its escape routes and its equipment. The hirer takes on how their event is run. That split should be written into your hire agreement and in most of the ones we read it is not mentioned at all.
Ten minutes. This is the closest area to us and we can normally offer something the same week.
What is checked in self‑catering accommodation and how parks are assessed as whole sites.
Walk the building yourself before anyone official does.

Tell us the building and we will give you a price on the phone. Most assessments are booked within the week.
