Milford Haven is two towns in one as far as fire safety goes. There is the waterfront and marina with its restaurants, hotel and visitor businesses, and there is the working port and the energy supply chain behind it. The two need very different assessments.
This is our own town. No travel charge, and we can usually fit a job in the same week.
On the industrial side, a fire risk assessment on its own is often not enough. If a unit holds solvents, fuel, gas or coating materials, DSEAR applies as well, and the two assessments should be written to agree with each other rather than contradict each other. We do both, which saves you a second visit and stops one report telling you something the other one denies.

The rule that caught most people out. Since 1 October 2023 the five‑employee recording exemption no longer exists in Wales. Every responsible person in Milford Haven must record the fire risk assessment in full, along with their fire safety arrangements, however small the business.

Yes. Converted dockside buildings with letting rooms are a particular speciality because the compartmentation rarely matches what the original structure suggests.

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 the responsible person for any non‑domestic premises must carry out a fire risk assessment. Since 1 October 2023, section 156 of the Building Safety Act 2022 requires it to be recorded in full, along with your fire safety arrangements, regardless of how many people you employ. Enforcement in Milford Haven sits with Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
