The stretch between Saundersfoot and the Carmarthenshire border carries more static caravan and lodge accommodation than anywhere else in Pembrokeshire, alongside the commercial units at Kilgetty and Begelly.
Covering Amroth, Wiseman's Bridge, Stepaside, Kilgetty, Begelly, Pentlepoir and Broadmoor. We are around 35 minutes away and there is no travel charge anywhere in Pembrokeshire.
Parks are assessed as whole sites, not unit by unit. Spacing between statics, road widths and turning space for an appliance, amenity blocks, the clubhouse, bulk LPG and any staff accommodation all sit in one assessment. Owners who book each caravan as a separate job spend far more than they need to and end up with paperwork that does not join up. On the commercial side, Kilgetty and Begelly have trade units, storage and vehicle work with the usual mix of solvents and forklift charging.
Since 1 October 2023 every responsible person in Wales must record the assessment in full, whatever the headcount. The old five‑employee exemption is gone.
As one site, based on the number of buildings and the size of the site rather than the number of pitches. Ring and describe it and you will get a fixed figure.
We flag it in the fire assessment and, where there is a bulk vessel or a significant cylinder store, we will usually recommend a DSEAR assessment alongside it. We do both, in the same visit.
Out of season. October to March lets us walk the whole site properly and actually talk to you.

Tell us the building and we will give you a price on the phone. Most assessments are booked within the week.
